In the TED tradition of sharing great ideas, the TED-Ed website has launched in Beta.  It has a growing collection of lessons on a wide range of topics, that have been submitted by educators and then animated by professional animators.  Currently there are 60 fully animated lesson videos to demonstrate its potential.   The lessons can be “flipped” and customized for use by other educators in their own classes.
